ATP Transporters

The ATP transporter is one of the key components in the pneumatic transports system applied in dense phase materials removal. The ATP transporter is designed for high temperature, pointed and hazardous bottom ash or fly ash, which comes from fluidized bed, bag filters, or electrostatic precipitator.

The working temperature could be up to 350°C; and it could be used in series up to 10 transporters with a common conveying pipe. It applies a low conveying speed (1 - 7 m/s) to avoid the abrasion caused by the pointed and sharp ash particles. The compressed air consumption is 60% lower than classic pneumatic conveyor. A compact design is applied, which can reduce the requirement of installing space, reduce the cost, and simplify the maintenance with its optimized structure.
