ASP Transporters

The ASP transporters are used in the dense phase pneumatic conveying system with top unloading of materials. The powdered materials are mixed with air compressed in and fluidized, then conveyed by the pressure difference from the conveying tube to the silo.

The mixture of the powdered materials and air can maintain a ratio just below the limit to avoid the blocking, and also to assure a stable conveying with high density.

The ASP transporter has a compact structure, and a good sealing performance. It doesn't have rotary parts that have contacts with the materials, and it needs only the compressed air to work; so its failure rate is very low, and the reliability is very good. It can work alone or together with one or several. The volume is 0.25 - 10 m3, the conveying distance can up to 2300 m, the max capacity of conveying is 120 t/h.
