AMP Transporters

The AMP transporter is applied in the dense phase air conveying system for less consumption of compressed air but high filling rate of material, which is no need to be fluidized. It forms a mixture of air and material, which is conveyed by the static pressure of pneumatic system. The conveying velocity is 1 - 7 m/s. With the AMP transporter, the system requires less energy, the abrasion of the conveying pipe is minimized, that means less costs and more life time; it needs only a small bag filter at the end to fulfill the separation and the filtration.

The dense phase air conveying system with AMP transporters can be applied for different kinds of materials, especially for mixed materials, abrasive, or fragile materials.
